You must be 16 or over to enter this competition.
The competition has choice of three questions only one is correct and must be indecated correctly. 
For the entry to enter the finnal part of the competition draw.
Any entrant has to complete and have the correct answer to be entered into the competition. 
No responsibility is accepted by win-car.co.uk any ineligible or incorrect entries.
The closing date of the competition will be decided by win-car.co.uk when a minimum of 30,000 allocated tickets are sold 
and all promotional costs and expenses are covered.

The competition prize is: 
         - Volkswagen Golf MK6 1.6s  
         - The car will be ordered when the competition is completed to the color and upholstery of the winners choice.
         - The car will be delivered via your local Volkswagen supplier from the manufacture.  
         - The Volkswagen terms and conditions apply the the car when delivered.


If the full allocation of tickets is not sold within a reasonable timescale win-car.co.uk 
to bring the competition to an end.
Following a decision to bring the competition to an end before all tickets have been sold 
a draw will take place and a cash amount may be offered as an alternative. 
Any cash sum paid to the winning ticket holder will be calculated on the basis of ticket sales 
to that point less all operational and running costs of the competition.
Entry can not be accepted if full details are not provided. 
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition winner will be selected randomly by computer on completion of the competition.
An independent firm of Solicitors will be appointed to conduct the draw and appropriate records will be held.
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or Email within 7 days of the draw.
The prize is not transferable for cash unless this option is offered as an alternative by win-car.co.uk.
The prize must be claimed within 21 days unless otherwise stated. Thereafter the prize claim will be void. 

Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another prize draw. 
Prizes can only be allocated on confirmation of receipt of notification from the winner, 
who will be asked to confirm their postal address and signature.
Win-car.co.uk reserves the right to redraw the competition if contact with the original winner cannot be made

Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by win-car.co.uk
or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion 
and publication of such entries to win-car.co.uk. 
Winners agree to grant win-car.co.uk or any agency connected with the prize draw the right to use their name and likeness 
for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
The competition shall be governed by the laws of England, Wales and Scotland.
